Your home is private.

• Account information — your name, email, and password (stored hashed).
• Home information — the address you add, plus public property records we import from third-party providers (year built, square footage, beds/baths, lot size, sale history, tax records).
• Homeowner activity — tasks you complete, reminders you set, notes and custom tasks you create.
• Documents you upload — files you place in your Vault (warranties, insurance, receipts, etc.).
• Basic usage data — device type, browser, and pages visited, used to keep the app working and improve it.

To build your Digital Home, remind you when things need attention, help you understand your home's value, and answer your questions with helpful, personalized guidance. That's it.

• Show you your home information, tasks, and documents.
• Personalize maintenance recommendations and reminders.
• Answer your Ask LUQR questions using AI models we call on your behalf.
• Send account and reminder emails you asked for.
• Debug problems and improve the product.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Documents you upload to your Vault are stored in private cloud storage. Access is scoped to your account — no other LUQR user can read your files. Files are served through short-lived signed links so URLs cannot be shared or reused by others.

Your home information, tasks, timeline, and documents belong to you. You can view and edit them anytime. Export upon request by emailing us.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your home data, tasks, timeline, and Vault documents from our production systems. Backup copies expire on a routine schedule.

You can delete your account and all associated home data at any time by contacting us at hello@luqr.com. We'll confirm and complete the deletion promptly.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand basic usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

To make LUQR work, we use trusted providers for specific jobs:

• Cloud hosting & database — to run the app and store your data securely.
• Address & property data — to standardize your address and import public property records.
• AI models — to power Ask LUQR answers. We send only the information needed to answer your question.
• Email delivery — for account and reminder emails.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell data to any of them.
