Your home is one of the most personal things you own. Here's how LUQR looks after your information — in plain language.
Your home data belongs to you.
Only you can see your home, your tasks, and your documents.
Passwords are stored hashed — never in plain text. You can stay signed in on trusted devices or require sign-in each visit.
Every request between your device and LUQR is protected with HTTPS/TLS, so information can't be read in transit.
Your Vault files live in private cloud storage. They're served through short-lived signed links, so URLs cannot be shared or reused.
Access to your home information, tasks, timeline, and Vault is scoped to your account. Other LUQR users cannot see your data.
LUQR runs on managed cloud infrastructure with hardened networking, automated backups, and monitored access.
Small, least-privilege access for the team. Secrets are stored in a managed vault. Dependencies are kept up to date.
A note on certifications
LUQR is an early-stage product. We take security seriously and follow modern best practices, but we don't currently hold formal certifications like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA. We'd rather be honest about where we are than overstate it. As LUQR grows, we'll invest in formal audits and share updates here.
What you can do
- Use a strong, unique password for your LUQR account.
- Only upload documents you're comfortable storing digitally.
- Sign out on shared devices, or leave "Keep me signed in" unchecked.
- Contact us right away if something looks off with your account.
Report a vulnerability
If you believe you've found a security issue, please tell us before sharing it publicly. Email security@luqr.com with steps to reproduce. We'll acknowledge your report, investigate, and keep you updated.
